Propantheline bromide is an antimuscarinic agent used for the treatment of excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), cramps or spasms of the stomach, intestines (gut) or bladder, and involuntary urination (enuresis).

Propantheline Bromide is used often to relieve cramps and spasms of the digestive system or the bladder. Propantheline Bromide is especially used for people with urinary frequency (people who feel the need to urinate often). But it is also sometimes used for hyperhidrosis because antichollinergics stop the body from secreting sweat (and other secretions).
