Gris-Peg is an oral prescription antibiotic used in the treatment of ringworn infections of the skin, hair, nails. These infections include tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea capitis (ringworm of the scalp), tinea corporis (ringworm of the body), tinea cruris (ringworm of the groin and thigh), tinea barbae (barber's itch), and tinea unquium (onychomycosis, ringworm of the nails).

Unlike topical treatment you apply to your skin, Gris-Peg works through your bloodstrem to target the infection from the inside out. Gris-Peg deposits itself in the skin, hair and nails and defends against the invalid organisms.
